SUMMARY: On June 24, 2026, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) published a final rule which became effective on July 24, 2026. That document inadvertently failed to revise a certain defined term in FCC regulations. This document corrects the final rule. DATES: Effective on September 3, 2026.
