The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, an institute of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is contemplating the grant of an Exclusive Patent License to practice the invention embodied in the patents and patent applications listed in the Supplementary Information section of this notice to Nulyn Science ("Nulyn"), a company located in Paris, France.
