SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: I. Background On July 4, 2025, a congressional budget reconciliation bill (H.R. 1), commonly referred to as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (“OBBBA”), became law. Public Law 119-21 , 139 Stat. 72. As relevant here, OBBBA introduced new required immigration-related fees for EOIR applications, motions, and appeals beginning in FY 2025 (“OBBBA fees”) and mandated that the Attorney General annually update these OBBBA fees for inflation. See 8 U.S.C. 1802 , 1808 , 1812 . This rule updates the relevant EOIR regulatory fee schedules to adjust the OBBBA fees for inflation for FY 2027 in accordance with OBBBA's man
