Allwin Powersports Corp. (Allwin) has determined that certain LS2 Rapid II Helmets do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 218, Motorcycle Helmets. Allwin filed a noncompliance report dated November 10, 2025, and subsequently petitioned NHTSA (the "Agency") on November 21, 2025, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
