Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded line pipe (welded pipe) from Greece. [ 1 ] Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled ( printed page 52672) all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
