SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Indonesia are not being sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On February 10, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of the 2023-2024 and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] The review covers one mandatory respondent, PT. Kenertec Power System (Kenertec). We received timely case and rebuttal briefs from Kenertec and the Wind Tower Trade Coalition (petitioner). [ 2 ] On March 3 and August 3, 2026, Commerce extended the deadline for the final results of this administrative review, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2) ;  [ 3 ] accordingly, the deadline for these final results is now August 10, 2026.
