Self-Regulatory Organization's Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) a proposed rule change to: (i) offer up to an additional four tickets under the Program and re-open the application window for the Rodeo Program so that additional applicants may join the Program following the close of the initial application window; and (ii) permit Sponsored Participants to participate in the Program together with a Sponsoring Member of the Exchange as joint Participants.
