SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued a renewed license to enCore Energy Corporation (Powertech (USA) Incorporated) for its Dewey-Burdock Uranium In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Project in Fall River and Custer Counties, South Dakota. Under conditions listed in the renewed license, the Source and Materials License SUA-1600 authorizes enCore Energy Corporation (Powertech (USA) Incorporated) to operate its facilities as proposed in its license renewal application, as amended, and to possess uranium source and byproduct material at the Dewey-Burdock Uranium ISR Project.
