Department of Justice Antitrust Division ( printed page 51224) Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Antitrust Procedures and Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. 16(b)-(h) , that a proposed Final Judgment, Stipulation, and Competitive Impact Statement have been filed with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa in United States of America et al v. Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. et al, Civil Action No. 5:26-cv-04060. On June 29, 2026, the United States, along with the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin, filed a Complaint alleging that Defendants Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (“Cal-Maine”), Hickman's Egg Ranch, Inc. (“Hickman's), and Versova Management Cooperative, Versova Holdings, LLC, and Centrum Valley Holdings, LLC (collectively, “Versova”) violated Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. 1 , by, among other things, coordinating to submit bids that were designed to artificially inflate the daily price quotations of Urner Barry Publications, Inc. (“Urner Barry”), a market reporting firm.
