Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain magnesia carbon bricks (bricks) from the People's Republic of China (China) covering the period of review (POR) September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, because, as explained below, there are no reviewable suspended entries for the companies subject to this review.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 8, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the AD order on bricks from China. [ 1 ] On December 15, 2025, Commerce placed on the record U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) entry data for the companies subject to the review, showing no reviewable POR entries, and invited interested parties to comment. [ 2 ] No party filed comments with respect to the CBP data. On July 14, 2026, Commerce issued a notice of intent to rescind the administrative review and invited interested parties to comment.
