The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation (Yuan Long) sold certain stainless steel plate in coils (SSPC) from Taiwan at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 71 companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 21, 1999, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty (AD) order on SSPC from Taiwan. [ 1 ] On May 5, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR. [ 2 ] On June 25, 2025, based on timely request for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an AD administrative review of the Order.
