SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 8, 2021, Commerce published the Order in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On April 1, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this first sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). [ 2 ] On April 16, 2026, Commerce received a timely and complete notice of intent to participate in the sunset review for the domestic interested party  [ 3 ] within the deadline specified in the 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
