(Southern Star), 4700 State Route 56, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301, filed in the above referenced docket, a prior notice request pursuant to sections 157.205 and 157.208 of the Commission's regulations under the Natural Gas Act (NGA), and Southern Star's blanket certificate issued in Docket No. CP82-479-000, for authorization to increase the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) on a 13,100 foot segment of its 8-inch-diameter Line EU from 150 pounds per square inch gauge (psig) to 333 psig located in Leavenworth County, Kansas (Line EU MAOP Uprate Project). [ 1 ] The MAOP uprate will support the planned installation of facilities under automatic authorization authority, all as more fully set forth in the request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
