Introduction On May 7, 2026, ICE Clear Credit LLC (“ICC”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission” or “SEC”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”)  [ 1 ] and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, [ 2 ] a proposed rule change to the Treasury Clearing Rules (“Treasury Rules”), Treasury Clearing Service Liquidity Risk Management Framework (“Treasury LRMF”), and Treasury Clearing Service Treasury Operations Policies and Procedures (“Treasury Operations Policy”) (the “Proposed Rule Change”). The Proposed Rule Change was published for comment in the Federal ( printed page 47865) Register on May 26, 2026. [ 3 ] On July 9, 2026, the Commission designated a longer period for Commission action on the Proposed Rule Change, until August 24, 2026.
