In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), this notice announces that the Information Collection Request (ICR) summarized below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. This Information Collection Request seeks OMB approval to reinstate with changes a previously approved information collection under 49 CFR part 575 (Sections 103 and 105), requiring manufacturers to provide and submit consumer information related to truck-camper loading and utility vehicle rollover warnings in support of NHTSA's safety and consumer information programs. A Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following information collection was published on January 20, 2026 (91 FR 2422). No comments were received.
