SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from France. [ 1 ] This review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Dillinger.
