Complainant identifies Respondent FreightLead LLC as a licensed non-vessel-operating common carrier with its corporate and operational headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. Complainant identifies Respondent Air 7 Seas Transport Logistics, Inc. as a licensed non-vessel-operating common carrier with its corporate and operational headquarters in Milpitas, California. Complainant alleges that Respondents violated 46 U.S.C. 41102(c) .
