SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that fresh mushrooms from Canada are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). Commerce published the notice of initiation of this investigation on January 8, 2026. [ 1 ] On May 4, 2026, Commerce postponed the preliminary determination of this investigation by 50 days, and the revised deadline is now July 13, 2026.
