The revisions reformat and revise reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements; incorporate other state rules by reference; add definitions specific to the rule; revise unnecessarily restrictive or duplicative language; and make administrative wording changes. The revisions also add an exemption for certain spark-ignited internal combustion engines.
