Introduction On May 14, 2026, Nasdaq Texas, LLC (the “Exchange”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Act”)  [ 1 ] and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, [ 2 ] a proposed rule change to establish a package of complimentary products and services that will be offered to certain listings. The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on May 29, 2026. [ 3 ] On June 30, 2026, the Exchange filed Amendment No. 1 to the proposed rule change, which replaced and superseded the original filing in its entirety. [ 4 ] The Commission has received no comment letters on the proposal. The Commission is publishing this notice and order to solicit comments on Amendment No. 1 from interested persons and to approve the proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment No. 1, on an accelerated basis. II. Description of Proposed Rule Change, As Modified by Amendment No. 1 The Exchange recently became a venue for dually listing companies. [ 5 ] The Exchange now proposes adopting Rule 5950 to offer certain complimentary services from Nasdaq Corporate Solutions, LLC, an affiliate of the Exchange, to certain dually listed companies.
