SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 19, 2021, Commerce published the Bosnia and Herzegovina Order and the Iceland Order, and on August 19 2021, Commerce published the Malaysia Order in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On March 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of these first sunset reviews of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
