The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic, Republic of Korea (Korea), the Russian Federation (Russia), and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
