Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving identified portions of revisions to the Oklahoma State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Oklahoma designee between 2002 and 2025 to update the Oklahoma New Source Review (NSR) permit program and make general updates to the Oklahoma SIP.
