SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background This preliminary determination is made in accordance with section 703(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). On February 10, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this countervailing duty (CVD) investigation. [ 1 ] On March 17, 2026, Commerce postponed the preliminary determination of this investigation, and the revised deadline is now June 22, 2026.
