SUMMARY: DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement sections of the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2024, 2025, and 2026. These sections require a certification for certain DoD contracts related to military recruitment advertising and provide a sunset date for that requirement.
