Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that fiberglass door panels (door panels) from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 22, 2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LFTV investigation of door panels from China, in which Commerce also postponed the final determination until June 8, 2026. [ 1 ] We invited interested ( printed page 35961) parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
