On May 13, 2026, Reliant Transportation Group, LLC (Reliant); TIP MNC Acquisition, LLC; TIP MN Investments LP; and Tiger Infrastructure Partners Fund IV AIV LP (collectively, Applicants) filed an application seeking authority to acquire, from Thomas L.
