This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Henderson, KY during the Independence Day Celebration 2026 event on July 3, 2026. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Ohio Valley or their designated representative.
