Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board [B-60-2026] Tesla Inc. submitted a notification of proposed production activity to the FTZ Board (the Board) for its facilities in Brookshire, Texas within FTZ 84. The notification conforming to the requirements of the Board's regulations ( 15 CFR 400.22 ) was received on May 20, 2026.
