SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On May 7, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of N-Cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-Sulfenamide (CBS) from the People's Republic of China (China), filed in proper form on behalf of LANXESS Corporation (the petitioner), a domestic producer of CBS. [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of CBS from China. [ 2 ] Between May 13 and 20, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between May 15 and 27, 2026, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
