SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received an application for the subsequent renewal of Facility Operating License No. DPR-46, which authorizes Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD, the applicant), to operate Cooper Nuclear Station (Cooper). The renewed license would authorize the applicant to operate Cooper for an additional 20 years beyond the period specified in the current license.
