Self-Regulatory Organization's Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange proposes to amend its rules to permit the listing and trading of certain Exchange-Traded Products (“ETPs”). The proposed ETP rules are based on and substantially similar to the rules of the Exchange's affiliate, The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), and are designed to establish comprehensive listing standards for ETPs on the Exchange.
