Self-Regulatory Organization's Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange proposes to establish fees for Industry Members  [ 3 ] related to reasonably budgeted CAT costs of the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail (the “CAT NMS Plan” or “Plan”) for the period from May 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
