SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On April 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris) from the People's Republic of China (China), filed in proper form on behalf of Advancion Corporation (the petitioner), a domestic producer of Tris. [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of Tris from China. [ 2 ] Between April 27 and May 5, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between April 30 and May 6, 2026, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
