[ 1 ] This administrative review covers one exporter of subject merchandise, the sole mandatory respondent, Borusan Birlesik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Borusan Boru)   [ 2 ] and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S. (Istikbal) (collectively, Borusan). [ 3 ] On October 20, 2025, Borusan submitted a case brief.
