SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the Montana State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions specifically address sulfur dioxide (SO 2 ) emission limits and associated requirements related to the Western Sugar Cooperative facility in Billings, Montana. The EPA is taking this action pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA). DATES: This rule is effective on June 15, 2026.
