On February 2, 2026, FAA published a final rule titled "25- Hour Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) Requirement, New Aircraft Production." That final rule contained typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors in three sections of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
