Self-Regulatory Organization's Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change Cboe Exchange, Inc. (the “Exchange” or “Cboe Options”) proposes to amend its rules to permit the listing of A.M.-settled options on the S&P 500 Index (“SPX” or “SPX options”) that expire (1) on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (other than the third Friday-of-the-month or days that coincide with an end-of-month expiration) and (2) the last trading day of the month.
