Amendment of Class D Airspace and Removal of Class E4 Airspace Over Nashua, NH

Abstract

This action proposes to amend Class D airspace and remove Class E4 airspace over Nashua, NH. This action would remove Class E4 airspace extending upward from the surface for Boire Field Airport, Nashua, NH. This airspace is no longer needed to contain instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at the airport. This action also proposes to replace "Notice to Air Missions" within the Class D airspace legal description with "Notice to Airmen" to comply with current FAA guidance.
