SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On April 2, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Austria, Taiwan, and the UAE, filed in proper form on behalf of the U.S. OCTG Manufacturers Association, [ 1 ] United States Steel Corporation, and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (USW) (collectively, the petitioners). [ 2 ] The Petitions were accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of OCTG from Austria. [ 3 ] Between April 7 and 15, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires.
