SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On April 2, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Austria, filed in proper form on behalf of the U.S. OCTG Manufacturers Association, [ 1 ] United States Steel Corporation, and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (USW) (collectively, the petitioners). [ 2 ] The CVD Petition was accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of OCTG from Austria, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. [ 3 ] Between April 6 and 15, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 4 ] On April 8 and 20, 2026, the petitioners filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
