(collectively, the POSCO single entity), the sole exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
