SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that companies under review made sales of mattresses from Malaysia at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) of May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Commerce is rescinding this administrative review, in part, with respect to certain companies that had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. [ 1 ] On May 5, 2025, Commerce published a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.
