SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Lucchini Mamé Forge S.p.A. (Lucchini) sold forged steel fluid end blocks (FEBs) from Italy in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. We are also rescinding this review, in part, with respect to three companies. Commerce invites interested parties to comment on these preliminary results of review. DATES: Applicable April 14, 2026.
