SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 29, 2021, Commerce published the antidumping duty order on fluid end blocks from Germany. [ 1 ] On January 31, 2025, Commerce received requests for an administrative review from BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH (BGH) and the Ellwood City Forge Company, Ellwood Quality Steels Company, Ellwood National Steel Company, and A. Finkl & Sons (the petitioners). [ 2 ] On February 21, 2025, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(i) , Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order, covering BGH.
