SUMMARY: If granted, this exemption would permit Goldman-related asset managers to rely on Prohibited Transaction Exemption 84-14 (PTE 84-14) notwithstanding the GS Malaysia FCPA Conviction (described below), if certain conditions are met. DATES: If granted, this exemption will be in effect for the period beginning on June 9, 2026, and ending on June 8, 2031.
