SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On February 24, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of large diameter graphite electrodes (large graphite electrodes) from China and India, filed in proper form on behalf of the LDGE Fair Trade Coalition and its individual members (the petitioners). [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of large graphite electrodes from China and India. [ 2 ] Between February 27 and March 10, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between March 3 and 11, 2026, the petitioners filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
