SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On January 28, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of certain fatty acids (fatty acids) from Indonesia and Maylasia, filed in proper form on behalf of Vantage Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (the petitioner), a domestic producer of fatty acids. [ 1 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia. [ 2 ] Between January 30 and February 26, 2026, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between February 3 and 26, 2026, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
