The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain lined paper products (lined paper) from India was sold in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR), September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this administrative review with respect to certain companies. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On September 28, 2006, Commerce published the antidumping duty (AD) order on lined paper from India. [ 1 ] On September 3, 2024, we published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order. [ 2 ] On October 17, 2024, pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order covering ten entities.
