SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that silicon metal from Angola is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Commerce has also determined to treat Angola as a non-market economy (NME) in forthcoming proceedings. [ 1 ] No interested party submitted comments on the Preliminary Determination. Accordingly, the final determination remains unchanged from the Preliminary Determination and, thus, there is no decision memorandum accompanying this notice.
